This session is about looking at each person’s motivation for success (or otherwise!) it takes us through the LAUNCH acronym with powerful examples and a process that allows each participant to come out with a personal action plan to move themselves towards success…whatever that is for them.

LAUNCH Is suitable for KS3, KS4 Sixth Form and beyond – sessions are adapted to meet the needs you may have for the year groups in question.

LAUNCH does exactly what it says on the tin!

LAUNCH will help with the mindset and attitude needed to help students approach their futures positively and with passion and drive.

LAUNCH is an acronym starting with Learning Mindset – with a positive outlook and the anticipation that we will become better through learning new skills people will achieve more.

Attitude is the second element of the programme and one that for many many people is the difference between winning and losing…

Understanding YOURSELF and your skills are crucial to your success.

Noise – is everywhere – how can it be controlled and how do you make noise about yourself?

Careers – they may seem a LONG way off, however starting to consider yourself in 10 years is super-important for future success.

Help – who can we ask for help and how?

The LAUNCH session reveals skills and competencies that students will be surprised by and proud of and LAUNCH includes tools and signposts for success…as well as T shirts!*

This programme is available as a one hour, two hour, half day or INSET session for your school or a keynote for your conference. (Also now available as an online subscription course).
