As the charity was going through some changes brought about by new funding and projects, staff development and new directions we hosted a staff Strategy Day in Manchester for Cycling Projects. http://cycling.org.uk

Working with the 25 staff, we facilitated a number of sessions focused on future needs, skill requirements, local services and national presence.

Managing Director Ian Tierney said “IE brought a great set of tools to our Away Day – the new strategy has come about through great planning, meaningful interaction ad skillful facilitation”.

We worked with Cumbria Youth Alliance (CYA) to help them with a growth and development strategy – how to secure and utilise new funds, what the CYA project could achieve and the staff and volunteers who would make it happen.
